On October 1st, 2006, over two hundred students, parents, teachers and Priests gathered at St. Francis of Assisi Parish to begin the National Life Chain. The group processed down "H" Street until it reached the abortion clinic, Family Planning Associates. The pro-lifers prayed, and then made their way down 23rd and 24th streets with signs in hand. Cars honked and showed their support or anger with the silent protest. The event was excellent and helped teach the community that WE will not be silent. Abortion is killing our generation and we must STOP it.
